Note
I have found no convention for distinguishing the various Laodices of this dynasty that is even half-way reasonable. Older conventions must be discarded because of the discovery that the wife of Demetrius I was also called Laodice. Grainger's book doesn't help because he misses this point. Accordingly, the numbering given here is sui generis.
