	My Internet access here in Russia is limited and slow....and costly since I pay by the hour. Is there a way to get a download of the pdf rather than trying to read this online?

	I have provided as much access as possible for a book which is in print. The text is on the web so that you can see it is worth buying. It sounds as if you agree it is worth paying for! I'm sorry that these commercial realities are creating difficulties for you.
